Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a proactive management/sales professional to handle product sales and relationships at assigned RBDC accounts in California.

You will determine product needs, seek opportunities to increase sales, and ensure equipment is clean and functioning. You will also evaluate competitors, meet aggressive monthly goals for sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new account setup, while protecting the Red Bull brand and curating in-store branding.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising components.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
• Be a major contributor/leader among peer group.
• Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each RBDC assigned account.
