Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management or related industry highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service capabilities
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using computers and relevant recruitment or workforce management systems
• Ability to work effectively within a small and highly productive team
• Positive, energetic and professional approach to work
• Valid driver's licence
• Reliable personal transport
• Ability to meet applicable Australian employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and workforce stakeholders
• Regularly visit clients to understand operational requirements and strengthen engagement
• Manage incoming job orders and coordinate suitable candidates for high-volume vacancies
• Organise employee rosters based on changing client requirements
• Coordinate recruitment activities from candidate selection through onboarding
• Maintain regular communication with casual employees and address workplace concerns
• Provide professional support with payroll-related queries and employee matters
• Assist with performance management and employee termination processes when required
• Monitor workforce requirements and respond quickly to changing client needs
• Deliver proactive account management and consistently high customer service
• Maintain accurate recruitment, employee and client records
• Complete administrative and operational tasks to support efficient workforce management
• Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused workplace culture
