Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking an Account Manager to cover field-based accounts with daily territory travel. You will develop and nurture client relationships, train customers, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
1+ years of account management, customer support, or field-based experience.
Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness.
Experience in a healthcare setting is valuable.
CRM experience (Salesforce) and comfortable using technology while on the road.
Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
Adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term relationships with clients.
Schedule and deliver field training sessions with our customers/clients and their staff.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify account needs and provide top client support.
