Job summary

Millennium Health LLC is seeking a field-based Account Manager who will build, nurture, and expand relationships with client accounts across assigned regions. The role requires traveling daily and delivering field training sessions to customers and their staff.

You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to identify client needs and provide top-tier support. A healthcare background and Salesforce CRM experience are valued assets for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 1+ years of account management, customer support, or field-based experience.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness
• Experience in a healthcare setting is valuable
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Schedule and deliver field training sessions with our customers/clients and their staff.
• Function as the key person who identifies account needs and provides top support to clients by coordinating with internal MH stakeholders.
