Precision Tool & Safety Supply / HTO Supply in Tucson seeks an energetic Account Sales Manager to grow a customer base in the greater Tucson area. This outside sales role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that keep customers safe and productive on the job.

You will prospect, manage accounts, and present our line of tools, safety equipment, and industrial supplies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Extensive outside sales or account management experience is required.
• Ability to develop new business through prospecting and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Tucson market.
• Prospect for new business via cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers and facilities teams.
• Present and demonstrate our tools, safety equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to win business.
• Coordinate with inside sales and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events as needed.
• Train customers and pass product knowledge through demonstrations and on-site visits.
