Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Raleigh, NC seeks a dedicated service technician with strong customer service and sales skills to deliver pest control solutions. You will work outdoors and in confined spaces, receive in-house training, and build rapport with clients while upselling services.

You will manage multiple daily sites within a designated territory, document activities in the CRM, and drive between locations in a safety-conscious manner.

Qualifications

• Comfortable outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• No prior pest control experience required—in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests per procedures.
• Remove webs from premises and apply perimeter granules.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label and state rules.
• Educate customers on prevention and home maintenance.
• Quote termite prevention and active termite services when detected.
• Request customer reviews after service completion.
• Work in a defined territory, completing multiple services daily (14–20 locations).
• Document service details accurately in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate company vehicle between locations in compliance with traffic laws and policies.
