Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a hands-on service and sales role. You will crawl through crawl spaces, work outdoors in all weather, and upsell services while building rapport with customers. Training is provided in-house, no prior pest control experience required.

Expect long hours and a strong drive to grow personally and professionally. You'll travel to multiple locations daily, operate a company vehicle, and comply with safety and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
• Willingness to relocate or commute within service region.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests following procedures.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and proper home maintenance practices.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
• Document service details accurately in the CRM system.
