Job summary

Go‑Forth Pest Control in Raleigh, NC is hiring for a physically demanding field role combining service and sales. No prior pest control experience needed; we provide in‑house training.

Expect to work outdoors in all weather, crawl through tight spaces, and travel to multiple locations daily while building rapport with clients. You will upsell services, handle D2D prospecting, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility applicable.
• Reasonable commute to service region or willingness to relocate before start date.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must maintain a driving record that meets Go-Forth's MVR standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and proper home maintenance practices.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products.
• Document all service details accurately in the CRM system.
• Operate a company vehicle to travel between locations daily, adhering to traffic laws.
