Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Greenville, NC is seeking a hands-on pest control role combining service and sales. You'll train in-house with no prior experience required, and work outdoors in all weather conditions across North Carolina regions.

Responsibilities include field service, upselling treatments, door-to-door prospecting, and documenting work in the FieldRoutes CRM. This role demands high energy, reliability, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
Must be responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility applicable.
Reasonable commute to service region or willingness to relocate before start date.
Valid driver's license required and clean MVR.
Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
Remove webs and apply pest control measures around property perimeter.
Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label and state regs.
Educate customers on pest prevention strategies.
Quote customers for termite prevention and active termite services when detected.
Document service details in CRM (FieldRoutes).
Operate company vehicle between locations daily, complying with traffic laws.
