Job summary

JOSKO Services in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to open new accounts, understand customer needs, and drive sales across HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.

This field role requires cold calling, in-person client meetings, and close collaboration with the accounting team to ensure accurate billing and onboarding.

You will build relationships with contractors, manage quotes, and work toward annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC, Plumbing or electrical fields or related area.
• High school diploma or GED with vocational/technical training in construction, plumbing or HVAC.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals/quotas.
• Good driving record and drug-free workplace policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, research, and existing inquiries (office and field).
• Generate substantial sales and revenue through new accounts and field visits.
• Ensure customers are informed of all offerings and meet billing/onboarding requirements.
• Manage quotes, prepare estimates, and assist in project management and invoicing.
• Maintain relationships with field personnel and contractors; support AR collections as needed.
