FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an Account Executive in Tampa, FL to manage key commercial client relationships and coordinate HVAC projects from scope to completion. You will work closely with operations, service, engineering, and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account/project management or B2B sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or in project management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, facilities management, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship and communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the assigned commercial client.
• Build and maintain a long-term relationship with the client.
• Manage HVAC/mechanical projects and service needs.
• Coordinate projects from scope through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Lead regular client meetings and site visits to review progress.
• Collaborate with operations, service, engineering, and project management teams.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, and report updates.
