Job summary

Hilti, Inc. seeks Industry Account Managers to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build productive relationships, and drive sales by demonstrating tools and delivering high-level consultations.

Candidates must reside within Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, or Upstate New York to support the territory and travel locally. The role is hybrid, field-based, with daily in-person customer interactions and a company car.

Qualifications

• Direct sales/outside sales experience with targets.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Willing to travel 30–50%.
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to create long-term value.
• Manage daily schedule and territory to maximize sales productivity.
• Provide high-level consultations and represent the Hilti brand.
• Log all interactions in Salesforce for reporting.
