Job summary

Hilti is seeking an account manager to grow a portfolio of Civil customers in a hybrid role. You will manage your own accounts, build relationships, and demonstrate our latest tools on-site and in offices.

You’ll schedule visits, travel to job sites, and drive opportunities with a hands-on approach. We value your ability to balance time and territory, work with cross-functional teams, and use Salesforce to track progress.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with targets, preferably in construction or similar field.
• Hands-on attitude; demonstrate tools to customers and use Salesforce for tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company car.
• Ability to walk on construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Flexible and varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to create long-term, profitable value.
• Create a daily schedule and manage territory to optimize sales potential.
• Present Hilti tools and provide high-level customer consultations in territory.
• Record interactions in Salesforce for reporting and progress tracking.
