Qualifications

• Business-to-Business sales experience including consultative or solution-based selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while overseeing planning, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities and pricing.
• Generates a strategic sales call schedule and conducts face-to-face visits to identify opportunities and grow revenue with value-added solutions.
• Identifies and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet or exceed sales and margin plans using a CRM.
• Focuses on new account opportunities using effective cold call strategies to grow territory accounts.
• Implements approved sales strategies to achieve targeted outcomes and maintain client relationships with industry knowledge.
• Uses Salesforce reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities within the territory for growth.
• Reviews customer portfolio to address underperforming accounts.
• Collaborates with inside sales to support business growth.
