Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth with small business clients in a field-based role across the assigned territory. You will deliver essential communication solutions and build relationships to expand Spectrum's footprint.

Responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, presenting solutions across data, voice, and video, and guiding leads from first contact to close, while maintaining records and collaborating with internal teams for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Strong English reading, writing, speaking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in the territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and closed deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
