Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth with small business clients through strategic field sales across data, voice, and mobile services. You’ll manage the full sales cycle in your territory, from prospecting to close, with emphasis on consultative needs analyses and exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or telecom/tech experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and strong customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
