Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business/marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales activities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in the territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, presentations and closed deals in required software.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
