JOB SUMMARY: The Field Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new fitness, wellness, or other vertical partners for the ClassPass platform within their local market and broader region. They build strong industry relationships, identify new studios and spas, and spend most of their workdays visiting prospects, traveling over 50% of the time within their region.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of presale SMB B2B experience, preferably in SaaS, focused on fast-paced, transactional sales using Field and Inside sales tactics
- Consistent over-performance against monthly quotas and OKRs
- Strong full-cycle sales methodology, focusing on conversion at each funnel stage
- Familiarity with or connections in the local fitness, wellness, or relevant industry
- Excellent B2B negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to accept and implement feedback
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience managing a smaller pipeline efficiently with high-quality touchpoints
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office
- Resides in Houston and willing to travel within the broader region
- Reliable transportation to visit 10-15 partners daily in Houston

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Customer Acquisition: Engage with fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners to grow the business
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to the network
- Use outbound tactics (drop-ins, face-to-face meetings, networking) to engage prospects; prioritize Field Sales but also utilize Inside Sales as needed
- Attend networking events to connect with the local fitness and wellness community
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL:- This is a remote role; residence within the supported region is required
- Regular computer use, including monitor, mouse, and keyboard
- 50%+ travel within the region
PAY TRANSPARENCY: Mindbody aims to pay competitive, fair, and motivating wages. Compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, and location. The base salary range in the U.S. is
$57,000 to $69,000. Total compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and incentives.
