Job summary

Kaizo Health in Landover, MD seeks an Account Development Representative (Part Time) to build referral relationships with medical practices and law firms. In-field, face-to-face outreach is core to this role.

Pay starts at minimum wage with performance-based bonus opportunities. Expect 5–10 hours per week visiting urgent care centers, physicians, and attorneys to grow Kaizo’s referral network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area.
• Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources.
• Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys.
• Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys).
• Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis.
