Job summary

Chapters Health System seeks an Account Development Liaison in Lanham, MD to increase referrals/admissions and strengthen relationships with referral sources. The role includes education, marketing, public relations, customer service, and patient referral support to ensure timely access to services.

You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care facilities, maintain CRM data, and develop quarterly sales plans to drive admissions and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of professional medical sales experience preferred.
• Ability to promote all service lines with referral sources.
• Technically proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the designated service area.
• Ability to analyze, plan, and execute sales activities to generate referrals.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and judgment.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains quality professional relationships with new and existing referral sources.
• Provides a consistent professional presence in the healthcare community within assigned territory.
• Responsible for ongoing territory management and timely CRM documentation.
• Develops data-driven quarterly sales plans focusing on admission and program growth.
• Demonstrates creativity and growth within the assigned territory and accounts.
• Develops and maintains a structured call rotation with all accounts, averaging >50 calls/week.
• Develops new referral sources and businesses within assigned territory.
• Provides ongoing education and data updates to referral sources routinely.
• Represents Chapters professionally during all work-related activities.
• Provides consistent communication with referral sources on outcomes and criteria.
• Performs as account manager delivering exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Monitors trends and adjusts to achieve year-over-year growth.
• Improve image of the Organization in the healthcare community.
• Meets or exceeds goals and completes work with accuracy and deadlines.
