Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, healthcare field required.
• 3-5 years biopharmaceutical experience; 1-2 years managed care and reimbursement experience.
• Ability to work remotely with approximately 10% travel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Dompé Patient Support Programs: assist in identifying and resolving issues related to insurance coverage, specialty pharmacy processes, and hub vendor services.
• Coordinate Patient Access: collaborate with Specialty Pharmacies, Field Access Managers (FAMs), and patients/families to provide case management support throughout all stages of therapy access.
• Serve as Escalation Point: act as primary escalation contact for customers and FAM team to oversee and manage the patient journey; maintain up-to-date patient status records.
• Reporting & Analysis: provide weekly updates on patient status, adjudication progress, reimbursement outcomes, and trends; identify roadblocks and propose compliant actions.
• Reimbursement Process Oversight: monitor end-to-end reimbursement by partnering with hub vendor and Specialty Pharmacy to triage denials, PAs, appeals, reauthorizations, overrides, and billing discrepancies.
• Provider Communication & Education: educate healthcare providers on Dompé Connect to Care program to keep patient journey on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Market Access, NAMs and FAMs to ensure timely updates on approvals and reauthorizations.
