Job summary

Incyte is seeking a Field Access Manager to educate healthcare providers and staff on access requirements, coverage status, and payor processes across a defined geography. The role focuses on minimizing barriers to access by collaborating with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access, and other teams to resolve access and affordability concerns.

The FAM will build strong relationships with HCPs and health systems, monitor patient cases, and apply knowledge of specialty and dermatology distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, district management or patient access preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail dermatology pharmacies, and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs and staff on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, and payor processes.
• Maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors patient cases through a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and retail pharmacy services to assist customers.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
