Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (healthcare, business, or life sciences).
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management, patient access and/or managed markets experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in complex, cross functional teams and build strategic long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills; ability to motivate and energize teams.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs and key stakeholders within HCP offices on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals, and funding options.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health care systems within their geography to resolve payor/UM criteria issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases through a patient navigator portal with proper patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and retail Dermatology pharmacy core services to assist customers navigating distribution.
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement local access strategies and KPIs.
