Job summary

Incyte Corporation in the United States is seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) to educate providers and payors, reduce barriers, and support patient access across a defined geography. The role collaborates with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and other teams to resolve coverage and affordability concerns.

You will work with HCPs and staff, navigate payor policies, and promote Incyte's access programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and execute localized strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on PA requirements, coverage status, and payor processes.
• Builds relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve access issues.
• Monitors patient cases via navigator portal with consent.
• Supports policy compliance and implements innovative access solutions.
• Works with Dermatology Business Director to implement local access strategy.
