Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm with fiduciary litigation knowledge.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong proofreading/editing of routine legal documents; basic arithmetic checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend client interviews with attorneys and organize data.
• Calendar deadlines and manage case calendars; track milestones.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and document production.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness lists.
• Coordinate with clerks, reporters, and vendors; manage trial materials.
