The ideal candidate has a paralegal certification or equivalent experience, strong research and drafting abilities, and proficiency with Relativity and Microsoft 365. Travel to local/national venues may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification required.
• Experience with fiduciary litigation and complex matters is preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and document management skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, deadlines and discovery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in fiduciary litigation phases, including client interviews and drafting documents.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, discovery requests, and filing timelines.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, deposition materials, and post-trial documents.
• Organize case files and coordinate with witnesses, clients, and courts.
• Draft motions and pleadings and support briefing and appellate tasks.
