Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is looking for an assembler onsite in Smithfield, North Carolina. You will perform product assembly, follow standard work instructions, and help meet daily production goals with a focus on quality and safety.

This full-time position requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma (preferred). Eligible employees may earn a discretionary bonus and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Standing for long periods and bending/reaching.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. manually on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining quality and safe work practices.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
