Job summary

Goldshield, located in Decatur, Indiana, is seeking a Roller to support fiberglass part production. You will remove air from laminate, roll at chop stations, mix materials into parts, and maintain safety and cleanliness on the line.

Preferred candidates have about 1 year of fiberglass or manufacturing experience and a high school diploma (or GED). Training will be provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete Goldshield training expectations.
• Ability to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
• Ability to maintain attendance expectations and follow directions.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.
