Job summary

Goldshield, a Terex Corporation subsidiary, is hiring a Mold Shop Associate in Decatur, Indiana. You will cut and grind parts to meet quality specs, work at mold shop stations, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace throughout your shift.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of mold shop or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to complete required Goldshield training. You will follow safety protocols and assist production as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production preferred.
• Must complete Goldshield training certification.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards.
• Work at assigned mold shop stations meeting quality standards.
• Use dust control practices to maintain a safer, cleaner environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Verify work that affects the finished product quality.
