Job summary

Goldshield, part of Terex, is hiring a Roller to join our Decatur, Indiana fiberglass manufacturing team. You will operate at chop stations, help ensure resin and catalyst mixtures are properly incorporated, and support production flow while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a willingness to train, attendance reliability, and the ability to pass a drug and background screen. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to complete required training and Goldshield training expectations.
• Ability to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting quality standards.
• Attendance and ability to follow directions.
• Drug and background screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.
