Job summary

Goldshield in Decatur, Indiana, seeks an Assembler I to join our fiberglass production team. You will roll at chop stations, remove air from fiberglass laminate, and assist in integrating resin and catalyst mixtures to build strong parts. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and quality, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. Training is provided. Preferred candidates have 1 year of related experience or a high school diploma, and must complete drug and background

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass manufacturing or related production preferred.
• Ability to operate roller at chop stations and maintain quality.
• Commitment to safety rules and clean, organized work area.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove air from fiberglass laminate to support part strength and quality.
• Roll at assigned chop stations meeting production and quality expectations.
• Assist in integrating resin and catalyst into parts as required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.
• Support teammates and maintain production flow across areas.
