Job summary

Nautique Boat Company is seeking a detail-oriented Small Parts Tech to assist in the construction and preparation of small boat parts, including infusion molding, fiberglass layup, and mold finishing. You will support production by prepping molds, applying fiberglass, and ensuring gel coats are correct for the infusion process.

Responsibilities include quality checks, working with small hand tools, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prep molds for infusion, including buffing and laminating.
• Lay fiberglass onto molds and ensure proper distribution.
• Secure fiberglass and trim to fit pre-cut patterns.
• Ensure molds are gel coated and ready for infusion.
• Inspect parts for quality and readiness for production.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
