Job summary

Nautique Boat Company is seeking a Small Parts Liners team member to glue pre-cut fiberglass to molds for injection prep. You will prep molds, secure fiberglass, and work to eliminate air bubbles under supervision.

Responsibilities include inspection for quality, light sanding when needed, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass layup and prep per mold instructions.
• Ability to follow supervisor directions accurately.
• Capable of light sanding and surface prep.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prep the mold for infusion.
• Secure pre-cut fiberglass for proper distribution.
• Eliminate bubbles in fiberglass after application.
• Follow instructions of the Manager/Supervisor/lead.
• Light sanding of parts when necessary.
• Inspect parts for quality and completeness.
