Nautique Boat Company, a subsidiary of Correct Craft, is hiring for a Small Parts Liners role in Orlando, FL. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Small Parts Manager/Supervisor.

The liner team glues pre-cut fiberglass to molds to prepare the small parts for injection. Key duties include prepping molds, securing fiberglass, removing bubbles, following supervisor instructions, light sanding, and inspecting parts for quality while complying with OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisor and lead.
• Capable of working independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with small hand tools and safety gear.
• Willingness to comply with OSHA and safety procedures.
• Attention to mold prep, infusion readiness, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prep the mold for infusion.
• Secure pre-cut fiberglass for proper distribution and coverage.
• Eliminate bubbles in fiberglass after application.
• Follow instructions from Manager/Supervisor/lead.
• Light sanding of parts when needed.
• Inspect parts to ensure completeness and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all OSHA and safety procedures.
