Job summary

Socket.dev in Tennessee is seeking a Lamination Technician to apply fiberglass and resin to gel-coated molds in the Lamination Department. You will move parts, prep them to Cobalt standards, select materials, roll laminate to remove air bubbles, trim excess, and handle resins safely.

This hourly role requires basic education, the ability to read instructions, math and reasoning, and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Mathematical Skills General math skills required.
• Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
