Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• General math skills.
• Ability to apply common sense to detailed instructions; handle few concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Move parts into position within the Lamination Department.
• Prep parts per Cobalt standards.
• Select appropriate fiberglass material per part model; roll laminate to eliminate air bubbles using hand tools and rollers.
• Trim excess material from mold using cutting tools.
• Mix catalyst into resin using proper handling procedures.
• Cut fiberglass mat from spool as needed using scissors.
• Use mill gauge to determine material thickness.
• Other duties may be assigned.
