Job summary

Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This hands-on role involves building and finishing high-quality fiberglass products in a fast-paced production environment.

Position offers 1st shift hours (Mon-Thu 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with overtime on Fridays. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits available to associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass products
• Work with molds, resins, and composite materials
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
