Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking candidates for Fabrication Production Associate roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. The position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced fabrication shop supporting steel pipe fabrication, welding, machine operation, robotics, and material handling.

Responsibilities include operating plasma cutting, band saws, threading, and grinders; reading work orders; inspecting quality; and moving materials while maintaining safety and efficiency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and production equipment including plasma cutting machines, cold saws, threading machines, grooving machines, grinders, and semi-automatic fabrication equipment.
• Support fabrication, production, welding, machine operation, robotics, and material handling activities throughout the fabrication shop.
• Cut, groove, thread, grind, and prepare steel pipe to customer specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, production paperwork, measurements, specifications, and tape measures to ensure production accuracy and quality standards.
