Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Shelton, WA is seeking a Production Worker to support fiberglass product manufacturing. The role pays $23-$30 per hour, depending on experience, and requires you to stand and work on your feet through fast-paced tasks from start to finish.

You will place fiberglass mat and cloth in molds, spray resin and catalyst, inspect and prepare molds for the next cycle, while always following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Place layers of fiberglass mat and cloth in molds, smoothing out wrinkles and trimming excess material.
• Spray chopped fiberglass, resin, and catalyst on mold using pneumatic spray gun with chopper attachment.
• Remove cured products from molds and inspect, clean and prep molds for next cycle.
• Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment and keep a safe, clean work environment.
