Qualifications

Blueprint reading experience and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Strong math and measurement skills, including accurate tape measure use.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and wear PPE.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, construction, assembly, or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

Perform fiberglass hand layup and composite fabrication processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring equipment, pallet jacks, and other production equipment.
Assist with HVLP painting and polyurea spray coating applications.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to achieve quality and production goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
