Job summary

Sea Fox Boat Company in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking a Deck Cut & Grind Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on cutting, grinding, trimming, and finishing fiberglass boat decks to meet production specs and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fiberglass materials and power tools in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to safety and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Prior fiberglass manufacturing or boat-building experience preferred.
• Experience with grinders, saws, sanders and other power tools.
• Ability to read work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and grind fiberglass boat decks according to specifications and production requirements.
• Operate grinders, saws, sanders, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Remove excess fiberglass, resin, and rough edges to prep decks for the next stage.
