Job summary

MasterCraft Boat Company is seeking a skilled shop worker to support deck, hull, and liner assembly. You will drill holes and grind fiberglass to fit parts, transport finished components to rigging, and verify deck-hull fit.

Responsibilities include using grinder, drill, and saw, following English instructions, and adhering to safety PPE requirements. Prior grinding experience preferred; ability to read instructions is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous grinding experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions.
• Must be able to use various hand tools, including grinder, drill and saw.

Responsibilities

• Drills holes in decks, hulls, liners, fenders, seats and small parts.
• Grinds away excess fiberglass so parts fit during assembly.
• Transports finished parts to rigging and QA when required.
