Job summary

Sportsman Boats is hiring an Associate to Cut & Grind fiberglass parts after spraying. Full-time role, Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m., in Summerville, SC. You will cut, grind, drill, and fit boat parts, working in a dusty manufacturing environment.

Must have experience with basic hand tools, drills, and a circular saw, and be able to read a tape measure. Company offers growth, 5s training, and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cut fiberglass boats after removal from molds.
• Grind edges to smoothcut sides.
• Drill holes into the boat for part installation.
• Fit parts of the boat together.
• Work in a dusty environment.
