Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years boat building experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand prints and production schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail for defect identification.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using hand tools and gel-coat spray equipment.
• Inspect parts and understand fiberglass finishes or basic use of abrasives.
• Handle solvents, paints, putty, and wax; follow disposal procedures.
• Follow job instructions and report part completion status.
• Protect boat components during finishing duties.
