Job summary

Goldshield, located in Decatur, Indiana, seeks a roller for fiberglass manufacturing. The role supports part strength by removing air from laminate and rolling at chop stations to meet production and quality standards.

You will ensure proper resin and catalyst integration and maintain a safe, clean work area while assisting teammates across shifts. Qualified candidates should have up to 1 year in fiberglass or manufacturing and be able to pass Goldshield training, with a high school diploma or

Qualifications

Preferred 1-year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
Preferred high school diploma or GED.
Ability to complete Goldshield training.
Ability to roll at chop stations while meeting quality standards.
Ability to maintain attendance and follow directions.
Successful completion of drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.
