Job summary

Goldshield in Decatur, Indiana is seeking an Assembler I - Fiberglass Roller to strengthen our production team. You will operate a roller to remove air from fiberglass laminate, supporting part strength and quality at assigned chop stations.

Preferred 1 year experience in fiberglass/lamination for production roles, with a high school diploma or GED. Training is provided, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to complete Goldshield training and attend safety courses.

Responsibilities

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.
