Job summary

Goldshield Fiberglass in Decatur, Indiana, is seeking dependable team members to support our production flow. You will inspect parts for defects, perform patch painting, fiberglass repair, gelcoat work, and prepare areas so parts meet customer cosmetic and functional standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in patch painting, auto body, fiberglass repair, gelcoat, sanding, finishing, marine or RV related work, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in patch painting, auto body, fiberglass repair, gelcoat, sanding, finishing.
• Experience in marine or RV related work preferred.
• Ability to complete training/certification and perform duties to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects and complete repairs using body filler, fiberglass, and gelcoat.
• Perform patch paint duties while meeting quality expectations and production needs.
• Prepare, repair, and finish areas so parts meet customer cosmetic and functional standards.
• Use materials properly and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work with team members to support production flow and quality results.
