Job summary

Goldshield Fib fiberglass division is seeking skilled technicians to inspect and repair parts, applying body filler, fiberglass, and gelcoat to meet cosmetic and functional standards.

You will perform patch painting, prepare and finish areas, and ensure materials are used properly while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Strong teamwork and overtime willingness are valued in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in patch painting, auto body, fiberglass repair, gelcoat, sanding, finishing, marine, RV, or related work preferred.
• Ability to complete training/certification and perform duties to quality standards.
• Strong attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects and complete repairs using body filler, fiberglass, and gelcoat.
• Perform patch paint duties while meeting quality expectations and production needs.
• Prepare, repair, and finish areas so parts meet customer cosmetic and functional standards.
• Use materials properly and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work with team members to support production flow and quality results.
