Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with fiber/telecom installation and maintenance. Location options include Brentwood, Hermitage, and Nashville, TN, with field-based, hourly employment.

You will assist with equipment, drive/position vehicles, and ensure notification compliance while working in various weather and shift conditions. Training and safety come first in this role.

Qualifications

• Labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.
• Must be physically capable and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and basic safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members.
• Move and position equipment and vehicles as directed.
• Complete door-tagging and resident notifications before work.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging and operate mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic following DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
