Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials.

The role offers weekly pay, paid time off, parental leave and holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, legal insurance, and discounts on gym memberships and more. You will be providing tools, moving equipment, and assisting in daily field operations across various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified
• Experience in telecom labor is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts and materials to crew as needed
• Move bucket trucks, trailers or equipment as directed
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications are completed daily
• Stock, clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Hand dig with shovels and mechanical tools
• Direct/flag traffic per DOT guidelines
• Work overtime, travel and be on-call as needed
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
